Cedric Hubeau

Cedric Hubeau is Head of Tissue Homeostasis (Stromal Biology) at AbbVie, where he leads teams advancing novel anti-inflammatory, tolerogenic and antifibrotic targets across rheumatology, dermatology and gastroenterology. An immunologist with more than 20 years of experience, he has worked across target identification, validation, candidate selection and the development of IND-ready pharmacology packages. Previously, Cedric served as Director of Fibrosis at AbbVie, co-leading programmes in IPF and systemic sclerosis focused on tissue injury and pathogenic fibroblast activation. His earlier roles at Kymera Therapeutics and Cugene included work in targeted protein degradation, autoimmunity, allergy, fibrosis, immune tolerance, immuno-oncology and metastatic disease research.
